Diet eating Junk Food

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

What do you think of this for a new way to diet.  You can eat as much junk food as you like and you can still lose weight. Is it a wind up! or for real ?

A drug that has been developed is inspired by red wine, according  to those in the know on this diet you won’t gain a pound and its reputed to be twice as effective as any other diet pill.

An other excellent qualitity this wonder drug is reputed do is to prevent Diabetes, and it also provides the benefit of exercise and you don’t have to move a muscle.

The drug is called Resvertrol and they say it could be more powerful and have fewer side effects.

Don’t rush out to buy it yet as it could be another seven years before it comes on the market.

But just imagine not having to exercise to lose weight or to keep fit, no more jogging or knees bending.  You computer addicts will be able to sit there all day just watching that fat melt away as you eat all those burgers and fries while your working.

Mind you it could mean you would have to take them daily, and we don’t know the cost of these wonder drugs yet, or if you can take them for ever more. We will have to wait and see.

Wrinkles OH NO!!!

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

Every womans dread is the thought of wrinkles appearing as she gets older. Oh and I won’t forget the men they are just as concious of those dreaded wrinkles which could take away those good looks.

Men and women are spending fortunes on expensive anti wrinkle creams, and often they are an absolute waste of time. Of course there must be some good ones out there but finding them costs money.

Growing old gracefully has disappeared into the blue, no one believes in it any more.  Wrinkles are now a thing of the past!! (We Wish.)

Has the credit crunch put you off spending all that money?  If so try these and go for more natural products.  Olive or Castor oil, its as good as many of those creams on the market. Of course if you have an oily skin its not for you, and I can’t tell you they will get rid of the wrinkles, or keep them at bay, so you’ll just have to keep spending money until the miracle you are searching for appears.

Allergies

Saturday, November 1st, 2008

The number of people having allergies seems to have multiplied in the last few years, no one seems to know the reason this has happened except in my view, it could be caused by all the chemicals or pesticides that are used to control the pests that invade the fruit and vegetables and even the corn and wheat fields.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe it is stringent conditions they have put on health and cleanliness that is causing our immune system to change. There is even speculation that it is the global climate warming has something to do with it, by producing more pollen into the air.

What ever the reason allergies are definiately on the increase.

Symptoms to an allergy can include itchy skin, wheezing and the swelling of tissue, and if in an extreme case it can even cause death. Most common allergies are hay fever, asthma, urticaria and eczema, while many people are allergic to medicines or antibiotics. Even insect stings can be dangerous so avoid them as much as possible.

They are a fact of life now and when you realise what is causing your allergic reaction you steer well clear of it in the future.
